Holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics and an M.Sc. in Nanosciences & Nanotechnologies from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). Research interests include the biosensors and bioelectronics area, thin film technology, organic electronics and nanomaterials. Currently working on nanomaterials development for application in molecular and immunological diagnosis of pathogens.
